Kacific is expanding, and we are looking for a Service Delivery Engineer, Pakistan to support our service delivery team.
Job Requirements
Field deployment management and coordination:
- To manage the sub-contractors for the installation and commissioning of equipment on the field
- To coordinate with the supply chain team for the procurement, transport, and delivery of the equipment on the field
- To coordinate with the technical team, the NOC and external suppliers for the configuration and activation of the equipment
- To interface with the customer for the project progress reports
- To get the project acceptance from the customer
Installation, customer support and training
- To train customers for installation, activation and troubleshooting of terminals.
- To support customers on the field when required.
- To monitor the performance of the terminals in the Pakistan.
- To perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
Required competence and experience
- Good knowledge of radio transmission: satellite or microwave or mobile networks
- Understanding of telecom network architecture: access, transmission, core network
- Experience in fieldwork: installation, commissioning…
- Experience in project deployment management and coordination
- Open for moving to the field
- Understanding of telecom infrastructure is a plus: towers, power supply
